This page will help you debug chat-related issues.
Issue One: You are behind a firewall or coming through some type of proxie
and cannot log in or stay logged in.
Solution: If
you are continually booted from at chat session, or have troubles logging in,
you may simply need to check the checkbox beneath your chat name on the page
that comes up after clicking the chat button.
Issue Two: The chat doesn't seem to do anything or your get a javascript message
when you attempt to log in.
Solution: You may not have Java installed in your browser. Follow the instructions
below to find out if that is the issue.
After your browser icon stops spinning and the page fully loads, ensure you see a yellow background in the rectangular area below. If you do not, chances are you have Java disabled in your browser. You will need to enable Java to participate in chat sessions.
