Limitations of the Free LITE version

Our LITE version is for those simply wishing to offer the most basic live communication tool to their site visitors. It's still a great tool, but limited in the following ways:

Only one Agent per account that can chat with up to 2 Users at once

No pause button to temporarily step away

No logging of chat transcripts

No form share or co browse

No document transfer

No "Site Watch" to watch for site visitors and initiate chat via invitation

No "User is typing message" feature

No customer database functionality (profile, categories, etc...)

No customization of user launch button (smart button)

No customization of the User GUI (aside from putting in your photo and some footer text)

No Observer mode to observe the Agent-User chat

No "follow-me" allowing for Users browser to automatically follow the browsing of the Agent
No technical support
FREE status can change at any time without notice and or functionality may further be limited
