Limitations of the
Free LITE version
Our LITE version is for those simply wishing
to offer the most basic live communication tool to their
site visitors. It's still a great tool, but limited in the
following ways:

Only one Agent per account
that can chat with up to 2 Users at once

No logging of chat transcripts

No form share or co browse

No "Site Watch" to
