This Edition is ideal for medium to large
companies that want to use the power of interconnected chat
Agents to cut down on call center costs and give service
reps the ability to watch your company's website and solicit
calls. The Agents are all connected through the Xronos queue,
and have the ability to transfer "callers", assign
users categories (such as "prospect", or "call
back"), and manage a complete User database.
The Site Administrator can limit what
the Agents can change in their preferences, view Agent statistics,
provide Agents with phrase lists, observe Agent sessions,
view site statistics, and much more. See the list of features.
You will be able to assist up to two users on-line by instantly
opening a chat session and pushing information (web pages)
out to the end-user's browser.
The PRO Edition is available as either
a service (using our servers), or as a software purchase
for your server(s).
