This Edition is ideal for any small business
to add the power of live chat to better service your site
visitors. It is restricted to one Agent who can chat with
up to two users at once, but otherwise has all the main
features of the PRO Edition
and is very inexpensive. For example:
- Watch for site visitors and invite them to chat
- Securely transfer documents between the Agent and User
computers
- Activate the User Database feature to Flag users using
custom categories such as "prospect", "repeat
customer", etc...and query the database by user category.
- Send emails to members of the User database
- Access log transcripts of any Agent's chat sessions
- Customize the look and feel of the Interface, launch
buttons, and quit (and other) pages
- Auto email chat transcripts to the user at the end of
a session
- Keep lists of URLs and common phrases for easy access
- Use Fkeys to quickly jump from one user to the next
Rather than having to stop browsing and
call a support rep with a question, site visitors can remain
on-line and simply "ask" for assistance via a
click of a button. Or use Live2U to share information (financial
services for example), help people find things on the web
(assisted searching), hold meetings, preview items for sale,
explain product information, or whatever you can think of.
You can also be proactive and watch your site for visitors....
then invite them to chat. Would you rather stare at the
phone to make cold calls?
The product runs on our server at Xronos
which can be administered via any 4.0 browser or greater.
