We want to give you the opportunity to explore our product before deciding it is right for you. We are certain that you will immediately see the ease of use and benefits Live2U will bring to your company.

How the Trial works

This is NOT simply a demonstration of how our product works, but is a method for you to try our product as it will be used in your website. When you click on the free trial button, you will be asked to register for an account and then given instructions on how to implement Live2U into your website.

The version you are trying is our Standard Edition. The Standard Edition has all the basic features though is limited to one Agent per account. After 10 days, you will receive an email from Xronos asking if you would like to:

• purchase the Standard Edition and continue using all the current features with a single Agent, or
• purchase the Pro Edition to allow for multiple Agents, or
• change to our FREE LITE version which is significantly more limited
• delete your account

FREE vs. Standard Edition vs. Pro Edition

PRO - Ideal for medium to larger companies. The Pro Edition allows you to have mulitple interconnected Agents. They can transfer users to each other and they have a great deal of control over site traffic parameters.

Standard - Designed for businesses that only use one Agent, but that need to retain chat logs, would like to customize the user GUI for better integration into their site and would like to design their own chat button.

LITE - Very limited featureset -- This is for personal sites that simply want to provide an avenue from their site visitors to a live Agent.
